*Role: *Blueprism Developer (RPA)
*Location*: Farmington CT
*Duration: *6 months contract
Visa: - H1B, GC and USC (As per client request, I want passport number for
H1B consultant)
*Job Description*
Should have at least 5-8 years of IT experience including at least 1-year
experience on Blueprism (RPA). Senior Developer who has experience in
creating scalable solutions to automate the business process using RPA
platforms
· Interacts with client to gather the relevant information required
for conceptualizing the automation solutions
· Innovative and Out-of-box thinking for new solution development
to automate the business process
· Ability to research for technical solutions and guide the
developers during the project implementation
· Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities,
and assess automation feasibility
· Analyzes complex, multi-disciplinary business problems in a large
business/IT transformation project
· Extensive Experience of both front office and back office
automation using RPA tools and third-party automation solutions
· Extensive experience of full SDLC development in development and
Application Maintenance & Support
· Agile development methodology using DevOps approach, Continuous
integration and deployment
· Extensive experience in client facing roles, gathering
requirements and designing solutions
Must Have
· Hands on development experience in any of the programming
languages/platforms .NET / VB / VC++ / C++/J2EE. Experience in Microsoft
stack is highly preferred
· Identify processes that are feasible for automation with
recommendations for benefits and savings. Define complexity of the process
in terms of Robotic Process Automation Delivery
· Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure
requirements to deploy automation solutions
· In-depth experience of Robotics technologies such as Blue Prism
and UiPath etc.
· Extensive experience in client facing roles, gathering
requirements and designing solutions
· Experience estimating effort, project timelines and project
schedules
· Excellent communication skills and able work multi geographical
team members
