There was consensus during this weeks' COSE working group meeting to adopt
draft-birkholz-cose-tsa-tst-header-parameter. This message starts a two-week
confirmation of the decision to adopt the document by the working group.
Please reply-all giving us your viewpoint on adoption by Thursday, August 10,
2023, even if you participated in this week's meeting.
