draft-ietf-cose-tsa-tst-header-parameter-00 at your convenience. Normally the
content of the -00 working group draft is the same as the adoption candidate,
other than the updated draft name and history entries.

There was consensus during this weeks' COSE working group meeting to adopt
draft-birkholz-cose-tsa-tst-header-parameter. This message starts a two-week
confirmation of the decision to adopt the document by the working group.
