It is a snapshot and there are still various open issues, see https://github.com/cose-wg/HPKE/issues There have been a number of changes with version -06, namely * The authorship has changed and Orie is the new editor. * The HPKE_sender_info structure has been removed and was replaced by the ciphersuite concept and a new header parameter called “encapsulated_key”. * A longer list of ciphersuite has been included in the draft to give an idea of what algorithm combinations are reasonable. We need feedback about what the group really wants (to reduce the size of the list). We are working on code updates to have correct examples in the draft. Ciao Hannes
