By the COSE chairs' accounting, adopting this draft received support from
multiple parties and no opposition. Therefore, the draft is adopted by the
COSE working group.
Authors, please request publication of draft-ietf-cose-hash-envelope-00.
Typically the contents of the -00 working group draft should be the same as the
last individual draft.
After -00 is published, then please proceed to address the feedback from Russ
Housley and others in -01.

As discussed during the last IETF, there seems to be interest in the working
group to work on that document. If you have read the draft, please indicate
