There is support for publishing draft-ietf-cose-merkle-tree-proofs and no
opposition on the list. That said, there is an outstanding pull request
https://github.com/cose-wg/draft-ietf-cose-merkle-tree-proofs/pull/33 that
corrects the specification.
As chair, I request that -06 be published incorporating this correction. At
that point, I believe that we should be ready to request publication.
