PR #33 is merged and we will abandon PR #34 in favor of using the requested "COSE Verifiable Data Structures" registry more wrt to COSE Receipt profiles.

Will submit -06 as you described.

This message starts the Working Group Last Call (WGLC) for https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-cose-merkle-tree-proofs-05.html <https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-cose-merkle-tree-proofs-05.html>.  The editors believe that they have addressed the remaining open issues.  The WGLC will run for two weeks, ending on Monday, October 7, 2024.
