Hello Chris I write from the IETF moq workgroup in which we are addressing the challenge of defining token support for Media Over QUIC transport. One proposal https://github.com/wilaw/CAT-4-MOQT leverages CTA-5007-B Common Access Tokens. For efficient use within MOQ, we need to bind different claims to MOQ “actions” (such as CONNECT, SUBSCRIBE or FETCH). Since a claim cannot be repeated within a claim set, we need to be able bind multiple claim sets together. This issue<https://github.com/wilaw/CAT-4-MOQT/issues/8> captures the problem and proposes a custom wrapper.
However the Logical Claims (AND, OR and NOT) proposed in Sect 3.1 of your proposal https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-lemmons-cose-composite-claims-00.html would meet our needs precisely and would provide a preferred implementation. The Enveloped Claims defined in Sect 3.2 we would not need and would add complexity to the solution. Is there any chance there could be a modification to the existing draft, or a new draft proposal purely for Composite Token Claims, which removed the Enveloped Claims functionality and provided only logical claims? Cheers Will
