The chairs discussed the feedback to the call for adoption today and we consider it sufficient to indicate consensus for working group adoption. Authors, please submit draft-ietf-cose-hpke-pq-pqt-00 when the submission window reopens after 2026-07-18 23:59 CEST (on Sunday).
The draft should have identical content to draft-reddy-cose-hpke-pq-pqt-03 other than the draft identifier and the history entries. Please include a history entry for -00 something like "Initial working group draft based on draft-reddy-cose-hpke-pq-pqt-03". Please also plan to migrate the repository https://github.com/tireddy2/cose-hpke-pqt-pqc to https://github.com/cose-wg/draft-ietf-cose-hpke-pq-pqt.
