I was wondering if you would consider adding cosign releases to the
maven repository:
http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-central-repository-upload.html
I build all of my java projects with maven but Ivy dependency management
tool is also popular in the java community so it might be worth adding
it to their repository too: http://ant.apache.org/ivy/
