I am running the 3.1.2 CoSign Apache2 filter on Apache 2.2.3 (on Centos 5.5). Intermittently but often, the requested page does not load, and the end user just sees a blank page. I get errors like this in my apache error log:
[Fri Jul 01 14:35:05 2011] [notice] child pid 7863 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) The page always loads eventually, but I sometimes have to reload as many as 8 or 10 times. This happens with flat html, cgi, and calls to a tomcat webapp. Any suggestions for debugging, or any way to get more information given my setup? I'm willing to hack up the filter module source code and rebuild, if someone can suggest useful places for me to put in logging or debug statements.
