I recently had the need to compile it under CentOS 7 with Apache 2.4. I tried
your repo along with the 3.3.0 branch and both compiled fine.
I did run into something stupid that took a minute to figure out. Just an fyi..
"Require valid-user” is now needed under apache 2.4 in your Location config
where before it wasn’t needed to initiate the cosign process. It’s something
obvious after you figure it out.
