Try irishgenealogy.ie Civil Records. You will find 80 hits for MIMNAUGH and 18 for MINNAUGH. Most are for Co. Longford but there are references for Cavan, Fermanagh and Tyrone which are adjoining counties. The Tyrone references are for Omagh and Castlederg register offices. The parish of Longfield West, which Colin found for you, would probably come under Castlederg. I found the references by putting in the surname only and leaving birth, marriage and death boxes blank.
