I wish all would stop bothering Len. He does a sterling job transcribing original records for County Tyrone as a volunteer, and posts them to the website, and I know I appreciate this as do others.
There are plenty of links in the Mailing List that comes through every day - use them, also on the official website. Len is not here to do others research. Give him a break! Did he marry in Canada or the US? which possibly explains his bride's Dublin origins. The Errigal Trough RC registers commence 1835 and contain Todd baptisms https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0309 Looking at the Valuation Revision Books on the PRONI, Belfast website https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/information-and-services/search-archives-online/ valuation-revision-books I note that Todds were in possession of a small holding in Fymore Todd until at least 1929. I have reached a dead end with John Todd and Margaret Skelly, despite family members having traveled to the remains of their cottage in Fymore. Johns place of birth is listed as Ireland in US census records, and I have some information that Margaret may have been from the Dublin area, but that is unsubstantiated.
