Hello Sheila, I have been researching in Donagheady parish, Co. Tyrone, for thirty years and have not seen any reference to Whitehill, Donemana in that time. Griffiths Valuation (1858 for Donagheady) records only one family of Cochrane in the parish ( in Benowen townland). You mention that the address keeps re-occurring in relationship to your forebear Thomas Cochrane; could you provide the List with copies of at least a couple of items that identifies Whitehill being located near Donemana and within Donagheady?
