I cannot find any such birth registered in Omagh Reg Dist and I cannot find James in the 1900 or 1910 US Fed Census, to see what details he gives, nor in Philly deaths, which are usually so helpful. Do you have any more details on him. Names of parents? Death date? Siblings?
