Hello,I have been reading old family letters written abt 1960 regarding the
family back in Co. Tyrone.The most recent letter repeats that Bettie Ferguson
was the daughter of Lord Ferguson/Fergusson, that she lived in a castle, and
that she eloped with the groomsman James Caulfield and that would be about
1785. Former letters said it was Samuel Caulfield. Anyway, this letter says
that the castle was in the town of Dumas in Co. Tyrone.Does anyone have
knowledge of this town and its castle?Thank youPeggy
