I wonder if this could be the townland of Drumadds, near Coagh?  Never heard of 
a  Lord Ferguson, or his castle in East Tyrone.    Maybe it's an exaggerated 
version, where the reality might have been a wealthy farmer with a larger house 
than usual.    Lots of Fergusons in that area of NE Tyrone.
