Ellie, Church of England in Ireland is the Church of Ireland. If the family was Church of Ireland and your ancestor was born in Enniskillen in the 1830s then the bad news is that parish's early records were destroyed in the 1922 fire in Dublin. Some fragments remain. Details on the PRONI guide to church records. The fragments are not on-line so far as I am aware, and you would need to go to PRONI in Belfast to look them up.
