Ellie,
Many Church of Ireland early records were sent to the Public Record Office in
Dublin for safe keeping in the 1880s. Mostly they were from churches without
good local storage facilities. (So not every church sent their records there).
During the Irish Civil War in 1922, the PRO was blown up and most of the
records lost, including those for the parish of Enniskillen.

Church of England in Ireland is the Church of Ireland. If the family was Church
of Ireland and your ancestor was born in Enniskillen in the 1830s then the bad
news is that parish's early records were destroyed in the 1922 fire in Dublin.
Some fragments remain. Details on the PRONI guide to church records. The
fragments are not on-line so far as I am aware, and you would need to go to
PRONI in Belfast to look them up.
