There are some e-books that can be purchased where people have
transcribed various graveyards... I had several "good hits" which have
later been proven accurate via picture sent to me.
The e-book I purchased is for County Leitrim, though I see many other
counties including Tyrone listed:

I don't know if there are other sources for this data, I purchased this
(only £5!) early in my genealogy work.
Based on a quick search I do see a link here which lists MANY graveyards
by county, and indicates whether published online or not (change the
county name in the URL if you want something different, or just use the

My guide to Presbyterian congregations says there has been one at
Drumquin since the 1600s. It also mentions that a new church was built
between 1860 – 1863 after which the old church became the Manse (ie the
Minister’s home). I would guess therefore that the graveyard does go
back earlier than 1845.
Presbyterians generally didn’t keep burial records so there are
unlikely to be any paper records for who is buried there. You just have
to hope there’s a legible gravestone. You could try writing to the
Minister to see if anyone has ever transcribed them or if he knows of a
grave for your family. Otherwise you may just have to pay a researcher
to go and look.
Not every Minister replies to these enquiries. Some get rather more
genealogical enquiries than they feel able to deal with. On the other
hand some are very obliging.
