I really think that the information I need at this point is not online, so I will need to look to other resources. ? His son, James Quigley, was married in the Drumquin Presbyterian Church in 1848. I was hoping to find a gravestone for Andrew and also see if maybe he had any children buried near him that I haven't found other records for.
I have been in contact with the minister at that church, and he said there was a cemetery, but no death records. Does anyone have a researcher to recommend to look through the cemetery for me?

I agree with Dave that the Kabristan bookshop books / pdfs are very useful having had the ones for County Leitrim for many years as they have helped to confirm & add to the research for my Wife?s Ancestors as they had a large presence in that County. I had several "good hits" which have later been proven accurate via picture sent to me. The e-book I purchased is for County Leitrim, though I see many other counties including Tyrone listed: I don't know if there are other sources for this data, I purchased this (only ?5!) early in my genealogy work. s that a new church was built between 1860 ? 1863 after which the old church became the Manse (ie the Minister?s home). I would guess therefore that the graveyard does go back earlier than 1845. Presbyterians generally didn?t keep burial records so there are unlikely to be any paper records for who is buried there. You just have to hope there?s a legible gravestone. You could try writing to the Minister to see if anyone has ever transcribed them or if he knows of a grave for your family. Otherwise you may just have to pay a researcher to go and look.
Not every Minister replies to these enquiries. Some get rather more genealogical enquiries than they feel able to deal with. On the other hand some are very obliging. Is anyone aware of the best way to check the gravestones in a graveyard if I can?t go in person? I know the records for the Drumquin Presbyterian church only go back to 1845, but does the graveyard go back further?
