Thank you for that information on the census. Maybe you have an answer to another question. My 2x great grandmother returned to Ireland presumably through Londonderry in 1860 with her two small American born sons. She died 3 days after landing. Her two sons were raised by her younger brother Thomas Patton who returned them to Philadelphia when he immigrated to the US through Philadelphia. She was Mary (Patton) Knox from Sion. Her father James Patton was a farmer. I have found death information on her parents. I have found her handwritten marriage record to Walter Knox as well as Walter and Mary's Immigration entry card into Philadelphia. However, I cannot find any official record of her death or where she may have been buried. Can you give me any hints as to how to research this mystery? Thank you, Marsha Heaston Marriage Date 14 Feb 1853 Marriage Place Clady, Parish of Ardstraw, District of Strabane, Co.Tyr, Ire
