I did this to get couchbase-cli working as a shortcut in my PATH, but then adding documents stopped working. From the web-ui my server was noted as "pending" status, and rebalance never finished. I even tried deleting and re-adding the bucket manually, which did work but it came back in permanent pending status.
So I stopped the server, moved it back to "Couchbase Server.app", restarted it, and it worked. So in summary, 2 things to note a) couchbase-cli doesn't work through a symlink because it refers to ../../lib/python b) moving the full server on mac doesn't work (I was using 2.1.0, now I'm upgrading to 2.2.0) Thanks, Michael -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Couchbase" group.
