In first thanks a lot for your reply :)

the address of web server ( 82.140.120.120) is out of local network of 
course, not here in office but in a web farm ( I thing ) 
In our local area (office), we don't have any firewall and we have only one 
router for connection to internet, but i have also open a port 4369 with my 
local address (192.168.1.96), but  i think this is no matter to add server 
node....right?

About the firewall on 82.140.120.120 all ports are open with public IP of 
our router here in office(somethig like 95.254.XX.XXX)

but I can't shutdown firewall on that machine...
