I tried one think... Connect to that machine (82.140.120.120) via putty... and then via telnet on router IP (95.154.xx.xxx) but does not connect....
in effect i dont understand how is possible make rebalance between local area network and an IP public out of local network.. I think that documents "travel" from one server and other... if all server are in local network is ok..... but if there are 3 server in local network and 1 out of local network.... the server out of network, with public IP how can comunicate with a server inside the local network? (192.168.x.x) ?..... i think it could dialogate with router..... and then?...
