Demonstrated crosswind component for the earlier model Coupes (I think
all) is 25 mph. In my Coupe, with Alon style (nose wheel on pedals) I
accept 30 kt. direct crosswinds without worry and have done it on a 20
foot wide asphalt strip. But the 25 mph. statement applies to
two-control
coupes as well.

The FAA may tell you that the pilot's operating handbook is the final
authority. If it doesn't say, you can use the 25 mph. number with
confidence.
