Hi Maynard,
I don't remember your first post on this subject. Is it the gauge
or
the sending unit that is bad? (I think it was the gauge)
I've been going through all my books trying to find something for
you
and I 'may' have found the answer. (?)
In my 1999 "Wicks Aircraft Supply" catalog on page 208 they show a
'capacitance sender' that can be used with all gauges and mounted in any
direction. Can be cut or bent to fit any tank style. Operates from a 9v
battery or the aircraft power system. They have 4 different ones to
choose from.
On the same page they also have 2 1/4" square capacitance type
fuel
level gauges.
If you can't find a 'Wicks' catalog, their ph# is
1-800-221-9425.
Hope this helps you.

Good Luck!
