Hi Leslie,
You may not find the FAA approved replacement part anywhere. But,
(if
your AP will sign it off) take one of the old ones out and start hitting
the local "Fasteners" stores in your area. I don't know where you live,
but if it's a fairly large town there should be several places to try
and find your shockmounts.
You could also try automotive parts houses and places that sell
garden
tractors, rototillers etc. With all the vibration that riding lawn
mowers and garden tractors create, I'd think they would use shock mounts
on their instument panels.
Also, perhaps, electronic stores. Is there a Radio Shack in your
town?
Try there first.
Good Luck,
