Much as I dislike the litiguous society we are in, I think the disclaimer makes sense. Maybe it is not needed, but hopefully it does give a layer of protection to those suggesting potential solutions to Ercouper owner questions and problems. It should be at the top of the page. If it can be seperated by a spacing, it would be better positioned.
