If that is when you are cruising then yes it is a bit low but probably not
too bad to fly as long as everything is okay.  The manual I have lists 30
psi as minimum but I found on mine that it was a very tired engine at that
point. After rebuild it ran 45psi when hot or cold.  I don't think you can
directly tie oil pressure into safety, though.  It just gets a little worn
and goes down but as long as it's within the limits.  How many hours are
on
it?  Does the oil pressure needle "tick" at idle when warmed up?  Don't
forget to check the guage first!  You might try replacing the inexpensive
spring under the pressure relief valve cap on the right side, next to the
oil screen.  Check the valve too while you're at it, it is a simple item.
