Minimum allowable is 30 PSI.  First, check the oil level.  Then check the 
accuracy of the pressure gauge.  Second, check the accuracy of the temp 
gauge.  If the temp is much over 180, the oil pressure falls pretty
quickly.  
Check your cooling baffles.  If you still have a problem, take a look at
the 
pressure bypass valve.  Sometimes they get a bit of dirt in that causes
then 
to stick open.  Sometimes you can shim them a little, but usually that's
not 
the problem.  If none of these are your problem, then you need to look at
the 
pump itself, and then the bottom end.
