When you install the O-200 crank STC on a C-85 you still end up with a
C-85.  
Same prop and limits apply.  One way to "cheat" a little is to repitch the

prop to get the static RPM, which will increase, back to where it was
before 
the conversion.  This will give you similar climb performance, but better 
cruise.  

A "real" O-200 will sit about 1/2 inch farther forward, if you use the
same 
mount as the C85.  This will probably cause problems with the cowl and 
baffles.  I should check before saying this, but I'm pretty sure the O-200

has a pump cam on the cam shaft, or at least some do.  Late cases have 
through bolts on the center main in place of the studs from the early
cases.  
This is very desirable, and places like Divco can modify earlier cases to
the 
new spec.
