Is that from 43.13?  There must be overall unit limits however as
shaving a 10th of the material off the front of the spar cap would be
somewhat excessive (no really).

With respect to fatigue cycles, there is no requirement for a fatigue
index to be calculated for coupes.  IMHO the center-section front spar
is as near to over-built bullet proof as you can get, while the rear is
just along for the ride AS LONG AS IT MAINTAINS IT'S INTEGRITY.  The
loads on the main are trivial compared with it's strength and I would
expect the outer panel to break up long before the center section
reaches its limits.  With little or no outboard weight and the gear
underslung the likelyhood of bending fatigue is remote.  Corrosion
however is a different, but more easily diagnosed, problem.
