Personally, I would think you will be way ahead of the game by removing
the
old fabric, clean any corrosion, zinc cromate the metal surfaces and then
recover the wings. This, in my mind, is the only way you KNOW your wings
are
right! I wish I had fabric on my Alon, I would do it in a heartbeat!
