Check to make sure the control cables to the rudders are not connected incorrectly. This was a problem someone else on the list had and it was control cables incorrect. If you don't have peddles the cables should cross in the tail section of the plane - The right side of the bell crank runs to the left rudder. The left side of the bell crank to the right rudder.
