So, what is to keep yu from landing, turning off your transponder, closing
your flight pland and then
taking off again to do some dastardly deed???
Anyone on the ground who sees you depart won't know if you've
're-filed' and no one in the air will
know if you've filed a new one or not. Is the tower so 'over-manned' that
someone will have time (and
inititive) to check it out? Doubtfull.......
