Pretty quiet out there, I just received this e-mail about the C-141 wing
failure during refueling a week or so ago and remember the chat about
presure testing the tank. Well because of a screw up 55 psi destroyed a
wing on a C-141. Seems one went plug wasn't removed prior to refueling
after fuel cell work. The attachment is the e-mail I got if you care to
