I'm in the market for an Alon and found one that looks pretty good. However, there was corrosion found in both LH and RH lower main spars at some point in its history. The maintenance log says that they were "cleaned, acid etched, alodined, and epoxy painted." Can corrosion be fixed like this or should I stay away? In the big picture, if a seller says that their aircraft has no corrosion should I assume that it has never had corrosion, or that it's been fixed? I'd get a pre-purchase inspection in any case. Thanks. ==^================================================================ This email was sent to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] EASY UNSUBSCRIBE click here: http://topica.com/u/?bz8Sid.bAhN69 Or send an email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] T O P I C A -- Register now to manage your mail! http://www.topica.com/partner/tag02/register ==^================================================================
