It's still only a draft SB as I read it. My aircraft just went through a 6 week annual, which included pulling the wings and tail, rebuilding the gear, etc. We accomplished the draft service bulletin while the wings were off, hoping it will be approved as written. If not, I guess we'll maybe do it again! I wish they'd come to what-ever decision they will, and stop hanging us out here.
