Although your "mission" is unknown, I would pass unless.......... 1. Paid to take 65 HP, unless airframe/radios were very good. 2. Always flying below sea level at the North/South Pole on 9,999 foot runway. 3. Never flying with a real passenger/baggage or fuel. 4. There was a good C85/100 HP engine already in my hangar/garage/basement. 5. Willing to donate it to a charity/museum for the tax writeoff. 6. All the other things I can't think of right now. In short, 65 HP usually is a not enuff muscle. Engine upgrade alone or airframe combo could prove financially unwise. Be governed accordingly.
