Right after I bought my 415D I had a weight and balance done and
found
that it weighed 924.5 lbs Dry and empty (100 lbs more than the log book
showed).
After about 52 years of having things: added, removed and
accumulating oil
and dirt in the belly as well as people miscalculating weights of things
added and removed and I suppose sometimes forgetting to change weights in
the log, this may account for the large difference.
The sad part is that it robs me of 100 lbs of my legal 1400 lb
gross weight.
