Howdy. List. It is true that Eudora Lite is free and a good program. It does, however, mark all mail in the box as being read when it transfers it down to its buffer on ones PC. This has caused some conflict in the Wood household, because the Wife Therein notes what has not been read for her attention! Now, it is a problem with computers in general, and the `Net in particular. You can't depend on all of them being the same. Even though we all started out with Stock Ercoupes, they have "strayed" in the last 50 years. Bottom line - you get some wierd things when going from mailer to mailee. It is sorta like expecting all airplanes to fly exactly the same. Percy in Portland (computer person by profession)
