Tom, That was probably Larry Kruljac's daughter; Lisa Booker, who I understand is a Spartan graduate and a CFI in Corvallis. Tom Hammer is updating his license with her now.
As to the wing, it is not fiberglass, but an aluminum stressed skin wing, and Larry does have an STC on it. It is a square tipped wing and you can lift one whole panel with one arm (at least I picked up one end very easily while it was laying on the floor of his hanger ). Looks good and has flown on his Alon. Thought he was going to make them for the market, but think he has put that off for now. Don't know the actual weight, but Larry says both panels weigh less than just one fabric covered normal wing.
