Call it good luck, but my 12\13 amp generator and regulator work great.
Never have had problems and didn't even needed water in the battery when
doing the annual. It flies over 100 hours a year.

The electric system is totally adequate unless I turn the landing light
on.
Given how little it is needed, an upgrade to sustain a 100% duty cycle
for the landing light would be ridiculous, but nice.
