According to aircraft Spec A-787 which governs Coupes from 415-D on, the 415-D is eligible with the 75 hp engine. Phone, don't write, to Skyport or Univair to get the book that contains the type specifications! This will tell your mechanic EXACTLY what is needed to make your plane eligible as a 415-D.
