Can you describe the disability and the passenger more? i.e. can't use legs but arms are good? Quadraplegic? Mobile but can't easily get over the window sill? Weights 90 lbs? Weighs 270 lbs?
I know one person who had polio and is now getting the long-time-later polio syndrome where he's losing the use of his legs. I think he mentioned taking a folding stool up onto the wing, sitting on it, then swinging his legs into the cockpit. I have seen photos of the side door modification.
