Rob, I found one of my leading edges corroded in half and it required replacement also. I had removed it to beat out the dents and it fell into two pieces eventhough it was nicely painted. I found out that Univair offers Two leading edges, #23010, a leading edge for $52.68, ready to install and part #23010-b a leading edge for $27.49. The second one is bent to the correct radius's and rolled. It is considered oversize and needs timming. It took me about 30 minutes to trim it to size both legnth and width using a pair of aviation shears. Fits like a glove. My second one had some rock dents and I removed the edge and hammered them out from the rear with a small and very dull chisel and a hammer, put a piece of heavy leather between the edge and the anvil. It now looks new. The hardest part was replacing the two rivets, not much room for a bucking bar. Hope this helps. Richard [EMAIL PROTECTED]
