Coupe Folks: Couple of weeks ago I listed a find on coupe parts.
Most of these are new or like new, including one complete coupe - less
engine and prop.
Well here's the deal:
Can't get the stuff, not enought money or storage myself, so I'm passing.
This will leave a great collection of parts for someone.
A partial list:
One complete 415-D 1947 very well maintained, (best coupe lines I've
ever seen). No dents, damage. Ready to put together. Never painted
or leave polished.
Also are available (approximate, will send a inventory for anyone
seriously
interested):
1 Left Wing
2 Right Wings - Spar unserviceable.
5 Complete sets of control surfaces (Elevators, Rudders, Ailerons)
Note - One set of Ailerons are still wrapped from the factory.
4 Nose cowlings
1 Nose Cowling Ring
1 Engine Mount - Slight damage
1 Complete Engine cowling
3 Windshields (Still wrapped from factory)
3 Complete sets of glass
1 Bubble Windshield
1 New control panel - with glove boxes
4 Sets interior - With seats. One set is leather.
5 Sets of control wheels (Still got the Ercoupe in the center)
1 Control shaft and Column
20 Control Chain Assembly - Still seal in factor grease
1 Control Bell Crank
1 Complete Wireing Harness
1 Complete Fluid Lines (Fuel and Breaks)
4 Sets Landing Gear - Single Fork Nose
1 Exhaust System
3 Tail Cones
7 Gas tanks (One set never used)
Bunches and Bunches of other stuff. Most has never been
used. This stuff has been stored for about the last 25
years in a hanger.
This is just a rough estimate of the parts. There's more than I can
count. After three hours of inventory hadn't even started making my
way into some of the boxes. Just a guess, but after putting the one
complete coupe back together there would be about $15,000 worth of
parts left (at 1/2 Univair list).
If you are seriously interested, I will give a complete inventory.
Price is for the complete inventory, no individual parts sold.
Price $9,500. This will be a firm price and must buy all parts.
Any takers, let me know. I'll get you a list, using Univair's
part numbers.
