I've heard some things about the stainless, not fitting as well as the stock exhaust. If you've got some money to burn, go for the stainless, if not, try Skyport, he may have a set of used stuff. Wag Aero rebuilds mufflers at a reasonable cost. Ever think of going to straight pipes, like Luscombe or Aeronca? Better engine breathing (more power), and the heat is taken away from the firewall. I think that's the way I'd go if I needed to replace! ...just a thought! Al
